For builders and developers

Smart homes, built in.

Cameras, a real alarm, heating, voice and the TV in one app, with nothing a month for the buyer. We plan it with you, cable it before the walls close and fit it at the end. One home or a whole development.

Them vs us

Most new homes hand over a doorbell. Yours can hand over a smart home.

Usually

A doorbell and a thermostat, each with its own app

And often a monthly plan for the buyer.

When we come in

Any stage of the build. Plans to handover.

From the drawings, at first fix, at second fix, or once the home is finished. One home or every plot on the site.

01

From the drawings

We mark where each camera, sensor, screen and the hub go, and what cables each needs, plot by plot or house type by house type.

02

First fix

Network and camera cables run while the walls are open, so nothing shows once they are plastered.

03

Second fix

Cameras, sensors, the siren, the hub and the heating controls fitted and joined, and the whole house tested.

04

The show home

A working demo for buyers to try: every camera live, the alarm, the lights, the heating and voice, all in one app.

05

Handover

The app goes on the buyer's phone, every login is handed over, and the work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

06

Already built?

Finished homes too. Most of the kit is wireless, so we can fit after completion with little drilling.

For your buyers

A smart home sells. Nothing a month helps.

Nothing a month

No camera or alarm plan for the buyer to take on. They own the kit and every login.

Works with the internet down

Moving-in week often comes before broadband. The cameras, alarm and heating run on the hub regardless.

Secure from day one

Cameras recording and a real alarm before the first night in the house.

One app for the house

Every camera, the alarm, heating, lights and the TV, on every phone in the family.

Pricing

One home or every plot. A fixed price either way.

Per home

A fixed price in writing for one house, whatever stage it is at.

Per development

A fixed price per house type, so every plot of the same type costs the same.

Show home

A working demo set up for buyers to try, and taken down or handed over when you are done.

Send us the plans Drawings, a site plan or just the number of homes. We come back with a fixed price in writing.

Questions

Builders ask us, answered plainly.

Can you work from plans before anything is built?

Yes. Send us the drawings and we mark where everything goes and what each spot needs, so the cables can go in at first fix.

Do you work alongside our trades?

Yes. We fit around your programme: cabling while the walls are open, devices at second fix, and the handover when the home is finished.

Do buyers pay anything each month?

No. Everything records and runs on the hub in the house. There is no subscription and no contract for the buyer.

Can buyers add more later?

Yes. Extra cameras, sensors or a wall panel can be added whenever they like, with a fixed price in writing first.

Building new homes? Let's build them smart.
