Set in our own type, not their logos. The hub has 2,000+ integrations, so a name missing here does not mean no: send us a photo.

The open standards

Four open standards. Plain words.

Behind every brand on this page sits one of four ways of talking to the hub. None of them needs a company's cloud, and we choose the right one for each job.

Most of what we fit

Zigbee Sensors, switches, bulbs

The low-power radio most door sensors, motion sensors, switches and bulbs speak. Mains-powered devices pass messages on for the others, so the more you have, the stronger it gets. Sensors run a long time on a small battery, and the app warns you before one dies.

New devices from any brand

Matter The common language

The standard the big names agreed on, so a device from one brand works with a hub from another. A Matter device joins the hub directly, in your house, and the hub keeps talking to it even with the internet down.

Battery Matter devices

Thread The mesh under Matter

A low-power mesh radio many Matter devices use. Thread devices talk to each other and to the hub, not to a cloud, so they carry on when the internet does not.

The bigger devices

Wi‑Fi Cameras, TVs, speakers, plugs

The network you already have. Cameras stream to the hub over it, TVs and speakers take their orders over it, and the hub sends nothing out of the house unless you ask for an alert.

One sentence, many brands

One sentence. Four brands move.

Say it to the house, by the name you gave it, and the lamps, the TV, the speaker and the heating answer together, whoever made each one.

  1. 1“Hey Buddy, movie time.”
  2. 2“Hey Buddy, dinner's ready.”
  3. 3“Hey Buddy, goodnight.”

One room, one screen

One room. Any brand.

Open the living room and everything in it is on one screen: the TV, the speaker, the soundbar, the lamps, the thermostat, the sensor on the door, the camera. One app for all of it, whoever made each piece.

  • One scene moves them allCinema dims the lamps, turns the TV on and the speaker up, whatever the brands.
  • One remote for the TV and the speakersSony, LG, Samsung, Sonos, Bose and more, with the volume limit that needs a PIN.
  • One history for every sensorTemperature, air and doors, graphed on the hub, whoever made the sensor.

A picture of the box, the device or the app on your phone is enough. We check the exact model and tell you straight what joins, what does not, and what we would fit instead.

  • The name on the boxBrand and model. A photo of the label is perfect.
  • How it connectsZigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi‑Fi, or a camera stream.
  • Whether it needs a cloudIf it only works through its maker's app, it cannot join.

A living room with a TV on the wall

Hi. We have this TV, two Hue lamps and a Ring doorbell. What joins?

10:12

Thanks, checked the models:

  • TV: joins over Wi‑Fi
  • Hue lamps: join as they are
  • Ring doorbell: cloud-only, cannot join
10:31

We would fit a doorbell that records at home instead. Want a fixed price?

The honest note: cloud-only gadgets cannot join

Some devices only ever talk to their maker's cloud, for example Ring and Blink cameras. A hub in your house cannot see them, so they cannot join. We tell you straight, and fit cameras and doorbells that stream and record at home.

Questions

Brand questions, answered plainly.

Will my existing devices work?

Often, yes. Devices on the open standards, Zigbee, Matter, Thread and Wi‑Fi, and cameras with a standard video stream usually join as they are. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you before you spend a penny.

What cannot join?

Cloud-only gadgets. A device that only talks to its maker's cloud, for example Ring and Blink cameras, cannot be seen by a hub in your house. We tell you straight, and we fit a camera or a doorbell that records at home instead.

Is 2,000+ integrations a real number?

Yes. The hub's software has more than 2,000 integrations for devices and services. The names on this page are the ones most homes ask about; many more join. Ask us about yours.

Do I need an account with every brand?

Day to day, no. You open one app, on every phone, tablet and computer in the house. A few devices need their maker's app once, at setup; we do that on the day and hand every login over to you.

Can I mix brands in one room?

Yes. A room in the app shows everything in it, whoever made it: a Sony TV, a Sonos speaker, Philips Hue lamps, a Bosch thermostat. One scene or one sentence moves them together.

Can I add things later?

Any time. Another camera, a sensor, a light or a speaker: the hub takes it in, and it appears in the app on every phone.

Tell us what you have. We tell you what joins.

A photo or a list on WhatsApp is enough. We check every model, say what joins and what we would fit instead, and give you a fixed price in writing.
