An alarm that knows who's home.

Home, Night and Away each watch their own sensors, so you move around freely while the doors stay guarded. Trip it and the whole house answers: sirens, the lights, every camera, and your people told.

Your people, told properly.

A neighbour next door, your mum, your brother abroad. Up to 12 people outside the house get a message on their phone, wherever they are: the words, then the pictures and the clip for anyone you switch them on for.

Sensor health

Sensors that look after themselves.

Every door, window and motion sensor shows its battery and when it last checked in. A warning comes before a battery dies, and opening a sensor's cover is noticed.

The duress PIN

The PIN that looks normal. And quietly calls for help.

If someone ever makes you switch the alarm off, put in your second PIN. The screen behaves exactly as it always does. Out of sight, the hub tells the family's phones and the people you chose.

  • A second PIN for every personEach person in the house has their own PIN, and a second one for the day it matters.
  • Nothing on screen gives it awayThe alarm switches off and the screen says Disarmed, exactly as it always does. No sound, no sign.
  • Your people, quietly toldThe hub quietly tells the family's phones and the people you chose, wherever they are.

Hold for SOS

Hold for help. Any PIN to say sorry.

One button for the moment you need someone. Hold it for a second, and a 10-second countdown gives you the chance to ring or to cancel. Let it run, and everyone is told.

  • Hold for a secondOn any phone in the house or the panel by the door. A tap on its own does nothing.
  • A 10-second countdownYour people's numbers are on screen while it runs, so you can ring one straight away.
  • Any PIN says sorryPressed by mistake? Any PIN in the house cancels it, and nobody is bothered.

The details

Things you'd never ask for. And would never give back.

Nobody asks about these in a showroom. They are what make an alarm one you can trust, day after day.

Take a sensor off the wall. It tells on you.

Pull one off its mount while the alarm is set and that is the alarm. While it is off, it is noted in the history.

Armed, and watching. Not just armed.

A low battery, an open cover or a sensor gone quiet is named before the alarm sets, never after.

“Landing window is open.” Not just a red light.

Set the alarm with a window open and it tells you which one. Close it first, or set it anyway: that window is left out until it shuts, then watched like the rest.

One alarm. One message.

Every screen in the house sees the same alarm, and the hub sends it once. A sensor at fault can never bury your people in a hundred messages.

Send a test. Stop any time.

People join by scanning a code. Send each one a test so you both know it works, and stop their messages whenever you like.

Quiet at night. Except what matters.

Set quiet hours and small alerts arrive without a sound. The alarm and a call for help always sound.

Where fitted

Smoke in the kitchen. Every screen says so.

Smoke, gas or carbon monoxide: one detector going off sounds the siren and tells everyone, set or not.

Where fitted

Wet under the sink. Before the ceiling knows.

A leak sensor by the sink or the boiler alerts you the moment it gets wet, and can sound the siren too.

Cameras recording

Four cameras. The right picture first.

The message leads with the camera that saw something move at that moment, and the clip comes from it, not from whichever camera is first on the list.

Words for some. Video for the ones who act.

For each person you choose: told about the alarm, told about a call for help, with a picture, with a clip. Pictures of your home leave the house only when you switch them on.

Cameras with a microphone

Glass breaks. The alarm hears it.

Breaking glass heard while the alarm is set is the alarm, straight away. No countdown.

A PIN for the cleaner. Not a key to everything.

Everyone gets their own PIN. A cleaner or a carer can switch the alarm off; the settings stay behind PINs they do not have.

No internet

No internet? Still guarding.

The alarm, the sirens, the sensors and the cameras all run on the hub in your house, not in a company's cloud. If the internet goes down, they carry on. Only the alerts to phones wait for it to come back.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it a monitored alarm?

No, and we say so up front: there is no call centre in the middle. When it goes off, the sirens sound, the lights we wire in with you come on, every camera saves the moment, the family's phones are told in our app, and up to 12 people you choose get a message on their phone: the words, and the pictures and the video when you switch those on for them.

Who gets told when it goes off?

Everyone in the family, in our app on their phones. And up to 12 more people outside the house, such as a neighbour, your mum or your brother abroad. They get a message on their phone with the words, wherever they are, and the pictures, then the video, for anyone you switch them on for. They join with a link or a QR code.

Will we set it off just walking around?

Not in Home mode: only the doors and windows are watched, so you move around freely. Night watches downstairs as well and leaves upstairs to you. Away watches everything.

What if someone makes me switch it off?

Put in your duress PIN: everyone in the house can have one, a second PIN of their own. The alarm switches off and the screen looks exactly as it always does, while the hub quietly tells the family's phones and the people you chose. Or hold the SOS button for a second: a 10-second countdown runs with your people's numbers on screen, any PIN cancels it, and if nobody does, your people are told.

Does it still work if the internet goes down?

Yes. The alarm, the sirens, the sensors and the cameras all run on the hub in your house. Only the alerts to phones wait for the internet to come back.

And in a power cut?

Add the optional battery backup, around £100, and the hub and your router keep running through it. It is your choice, and you can add it later.
